The DHJY-I non-contact slip switch produced by our factory consists of a sensor and a high-strength control box. It adopts micro single-chip computer technology and has good stability and anti-interference ability. It is suitable for areas where belt conveyors need to detect belt speed and is an ideal detection and control equipment. (There are two models, S and V, with the difference being that the V model has a five digit digital display and analog output.)





Working principle:

The imported sensing head converts the detected belt speed into a pulse signal and sends it to the 89c51 microcontroller for counting per unit time. Then, it compares it with the preset belt speed and makes a judgment of greater than, equal to, or less than, so that the corresponding control relay is engaged< Br/>

Application field of non-contact slip switch DHJY-I:

The DHJY-I non-contact slip switch is used for speed monitoring during the operation of the conveyor belt. When the operating speed of the monitored transport belt is lower than (higher than) the pre-set value, it can issue a warning or stop signal, which can avoid accidents. It can be applied to belt conveyors in industries such as metallurgy, coal, mining, cement, electricity, and grain, and is an indispensable monitoring device for achieving automatic control in material conveying systems. The belt speed has one (or two) warning points that can be set arbitrarily from 1 to 999 revolutions per minute< Br/>
