Product Overview
When sharp objects protrude from the conveyor belt due to tearing, puncturing, or damage at the junction, the tear switch can provide signals to the monitoring personnel or shut down the conveyor. Tear switches are installed in pairs on both sides of the conveyor belt, connected by two sections of steel wire ropes wrapped in armor. One end of the rope is fixed to the support bracket. The other end is connected to a spring ball on the tear switch. Two pieces of string form a closed loop under the belt. When an object or torn belt is suspended and one or two ropes are swept down. Detect the fault immediately. Due to the detachment of the string, it pulls the spring ball out of the bottom, causing two micro switches to activate or deactivate the conveyor
