After the Type II action, there is a self-locking device (locking pin) that needs to be manually pulled out and reset before the switch can be reused. This is a bidirectional action, and both ends of the rope arm can be equipped with ropes. When the tape conveyor malfunctions and needs to be stopped, on-site staff pull the rope to rotate the arm at a certain angle. After triggering the work switch, it can simultaneously send out two sets of signals: alarm and shutdown, achieving the purpose of preventing and controlling equipment and operator safety. Installation and wiring:
1. The pull rope switch is installed in pairs on both sides of the tape machine. The installation bracket and the middle bracket of the tape machine are fixed with bolts or welded, and their position should be lower than the tape and convenient for on-site workers to use. It is advisable to have a distance of about 50m between two rope switches< br/>    2、 It is recommended to use plastic coated steel wire rope (or ordinary steel wire rope 1XW19-4 (5) -150 with a wire diameter of 4-5mm). The wire rope is fixed with a rope clamp (6KTH), and a support ring is installed every 3 meters to avoid excessive winding of the wire rope and ensure reliable rope pulling action. Under the premise of ensuring normal operation of the switch, try to tighten the rope as much as possible and reduce the sag of the steel wire rope< br/>    3、 For the climbing section of the tape conveyor, the switch spacing and rope length should be minimized as much as possible< br/>    4、 Wiring: The rope switch is equipped with a 1.2m long four core rubber sleeve cable when leaving the factory.
